The roast we selected for this month’s secret was truly unique and referred to as their “Lundi” roast. An approachable espresso, but not the kind made to drag you out of bed. This one is meant for easy mornings; the warm, but breezy kind. This beauty had a bold body, fruitiness, and chocolatiness that makes for a very pleasant cup, no matter how you take it. The Lundi is a blend of light Ethiopian and dark Brazilian beans.
