Secret Sip Coffee Club is so grateful to close out what has been an amazing 2017 with another truly remarkable micro-roaster, and their masterfully roasted coffee. Roasting out of the small town of Port Dalhousie, Ontario, it is our great pleasure to introduce Signal Coffee Co.The team at Signal in conjunction with their master roaster have built a strong foundation around an unwillingness to compromise on quality and craftsmanship of their micro-lot roasts. This Month's Secret:
This month’s secret roast is an outstanding single origin from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemalan. Coffee beans from this region typically exhibit subtle and mild yet complex tasting notes aligned with a slightly buttery palate and sweet floral aroma. This month’s secret roast was grown at approximately 1500-1700 meters above sea level, is of the Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties and has a balanced honey-chocolate note with a nutty finish.
